JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, Develop and implement systems and procedures for Finance & Accounts function.
• Identify the area for auditing and prepare an audit calendar for the financial year.
• Audit plan finalization, implementation of audit schedule.
• Liaison with statutory auditors.
• Timely completion of statutory audit.
• Submit the audit report and ensure audit remarks are addressed
• Ensure compliance with all state / Domestic and foreign tax laws.
• Create and maintain a accounting system which provide accurate, timely and consistent input for management reporting.
• Working Capital management, managing the foreign exchange risk.
• Ensure that the relevant statutes are complied in spirit.
• Operational review of performance.
• Optimizing the resources utilization.
• Assist my superior in the preparation of trial balance.
• Assist my superiors in meeting with the dept. / organization goals & objectives.
• Candidate’s age should be below 35 yrs, Dynamic, Energetic, Professionally qualified having hands on experience preparation of accounts, taxation, audit & general finance in a service industry.
