REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION:

• 12-15 years of experience in construction of large scale commercial/ residential/ plotted colonies and 2 yrs minimum experience in independently handling large scale projects.
• He would have overall responsibility of Projects, Sales & marketing, BD, and Accounts and Collections for the business volumes and profit targets in the region.
• The incumbent should be well experienced in project planning, resource requirements, mobilization & execution; sales mobilization & collection, co-ordination with architects, consultants and contractors.
