JOB DESCRIPTION:

Any Graduate with at least 2 years experience in HR or Diploma in HR with 1 year experience.

Resource planning

Mapping process requirements, assisting in developing, implementing & transitioning, customizing processes inline with the guidelines specified by the policies & procedures.

Take inductions of the new hires
-
Coordinate with HR executive for the exit formalities
-
Grievance Handling
-
Coordinate for background checks.
-
Coordination of Management Review processes which includes scheduling of the meetings, running reports, assembly of materials, and updating information.
-
Track and report on turnover.
-
Ensure employees concerns and requests are addressed in a timely fashion and escalated as appropriate.

Provide information on benefits, policies and procedures as needed to employees.
-
Organizing, facilitating & ensuring the new joinee’s induction is done promptly & aptly.
-
Preparation &monitoring of all Allowances.
-
Special Projects as assigned by Managing Director and/or Human Resources Executive may include research, statistical compilation, development of charts, forms, etc.

Keeping track of all Employees performance regularly and sending feedback about of poor performers
