KEY ACCOUNTABILITY/ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for bringing in new business in Service, Body repair, accessories & spare parts, workshop on wheels (Customer Acquisition )

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for bringing in new business ( Customer Acquisitions ) through :-
• Handling activations ( BTL activations , various promotional activities , Data Base collection of target customers)
• Corporate Ties ups and generating leads
• Local fleets operators and leasing companies
• Maintaining g cordial relationships with Insurance Surveyors.
• Regular Planning and budgeting of the new site launch, measuring conversions etc.
• Identification of potential catchment areas for traffic generation
• Tracking and Reporting of the scheme and offers in progress at the Units.
• Agency selection for various BTL activities, branding and awareness of the unit.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Retail, Banking , Credit cards , FMCG’s , Auto Dealerships experience( sales related )
• Experience in promotion of brand, services & products and in conducting road shows, brand awareness & other sales promotion events

REQUIRED SKILL SETS AND BEHAVIORAL TRAITS:

• Very high level of customer orientation (even more than towards organization)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Street smart – ability to get work done anyhow
• Ability to think on the feet – quick reaction time
• Good communication skills (listening, questioning)
• Self starter – ability to work towards targets without close supervision
