KEY ACCOUNTABILITY/ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow the Brand guidelines and help deliver the tactical marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
  • Ensuring delivery of execution of marketing strategies and campaigns in the regions.
  • Develop, Plan and Execute various marketing strategies
  • Handling all BTL and ATL activities, help in increasing brand awareness and market share of the verticals
  • Translate marketing vision and strategies into tactical execution plans
  • Work on Customer retention and loyalty programs
  • Ability to own and maintain quality standards in marketing activities/outputs across concept, creative, design, copy and content

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage all BTL campaigns and coordinate all central marketing campaigns across the regions
  • Coordination with BTL agencies and ensuring effective execution, Media buying and Brand building activities
  • Translate Marketing vision and strategies into tactical execution plans
  • Provide Marketing strategy and support for various verticals, Align with event management companies, Advertising agencies etc

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Lifestyle Retailing/ Automotive retail/ Telecom background
  • Hardcore experience Marketing, handling BTL and ATL. Exposure to Brand Management

REQUIRED SKILL SETS AND BEHAVIORAL TRAITS:

  • Understanding & experience in managing a broad range of marketing activities branding, event management, direct marketing, interactive
  • marketing, collateral development, alliances & partnerships marketing etc.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good understanding of Marketing , brand promotions ,BTL activities, media buying etc
  • Strong negotiation and execution skills, innovative thinker.
