JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Accountable for manpower skill up gradation
• Specific Training Content Development, creating visuals, presentations develop appropriate training content.
• Liaison with external agencies
• Training Delivery at all units PAN India
• Skill mapping and evaluation of staff.
• Setting up of body shops across India, OJO and OJT implementations
• Candidates having exp in Technical training in leading OEM’s like Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Ford preferred.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS AND BEHAVIORAL TRAITS:

• Good grasp of subjects
• Should have multi brand vehicle technical knowhow
• Excellent Communications Skills
