JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organizational development.
• Manpower planning which includes evolving new organization structure and identification of vacancies.
• Recruitment and staffing logistics.
• Wage and salary administration.
• Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI / PF authorities, Government Labour Officer, Factory Inspector, etc.
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
• HR Generalist originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and on going development of superior workforce.
• HR Generalist ensures co ordination & implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff, reports to the Assistant General Manager (HR) and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

DESIRED PROFILE:

• A full time MSW / MLW / MBA / PG Diploma in Personnel Management / HR/ IR from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 4 years experience in reputed large organization preferably in the utility, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing
