JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manpower Planning: To assess manpower requirement at various levels and obtain approval for the same in order to emerge at a concrete manpower plan.

Recruitment: End to end talent acquisition process either at entry levels or at lateral levels through the following:
-
Preparation of detailed job description
-
Identification of the source for recruitment (consultants, portals, references etc)

Sourcing and processing of CVs through interface with HR and domain experts
-
Coordinating interviews
-
Assisting in salary negotiations through data support.

Performance Management: participate in the annual performance appraisal process through:
-
Preparation of basic data regarding elliglible personnel in terms of appraisal cycle and other elligibility criteria.

Implement the process of the appraisal including coordination of collection and compilation of appraisal forms, preparing appraisal
summary reports for the target groups, conducting necessary tests, interviews as a part of the process, maintaining MIS related to various aspects of the appraisal process, coordinating in activities related to declaration of appraisal ratings, promotions, rewards etc.

Compensation & Benefits: Would periodically review compensation levels at entry level positions (Engineers, MBAs, Diploma Holders, ITIs) as well as at lateral positions with a view to ensure that we maintain competitiveness as per market standards in terms of compensation amounts as well as compensation structure.

MIS: Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports on various HR processes and systems with a view to measure efficiency of the systems and processes in the responsibility domain of the role incumbent.
DESIRED PROFILE:

A full time MBA / PG.Diploma in Personnel Management /HR from a reputed institute with a first class academic track
-
Relevant post qualification experience of Minimum 08 years in large organizations of repute.
