JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible to act as a shift in charge overseeing the operation of 400 MW capacity power station along with day to day coordination with Maintenance
• To review operations with respect to arrangement for outages, power demand situation, fuel and water position,etc.
• To design the procedures and practices to be observed in operations and the framework to operationalise these procedures
• To evolve new ideas for better operation and house keeping
• To analyze faults & skill to handle emergencies of a Power Plant equipment

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Should have been working for at least 8 years in shift operation in any multi-unit coal fired thermal power station with individual machine rating not less than 100 MW
