JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Managing Facility Management Vendors.
  • Managing enterprise messaging gateway.
  • Managing enterprise internet gateway with appropriate security protocols.
  • System administration for ERP SYSTEM
  • Managing enterprise LAN (Multilocation) and WAN.
  • Maintain the conformance of the various regulatory compliance towards software licenses, various network protocols.
  • Managing WIN2K3 Domain, ADS setup, AIX administration
  • Maintain LAN, WAN, Server, Desktop environment with near zero down time and utmost user satisfaction.
  • Maintain Intranet / Internet / Messaging environment for effective utilization of the application environment.
  • Manage manpower resource for effective IT infrastructure management
  • Ensure compliance for the entire technical environment towards compliance IT governance and licensing policy.
  • Explore newer technical application environment so that application can be managed with enhanced user satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective DRP and security controlled environment for the above.
  • Implement and maintain Security framework, complying to the security policy of the company.
  • Organise periodic training for the IT staff as well users for effective knowledge sharing and upgradation of technical knowledge for the utilization of resources in cost effective manner.
  • Review the business scenario and facilitate IT budgetary control environment in line with the business strategy.
  • The job is to make systems meet needs, even when those needs are evolving.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • BE (Computer Science/Electronics)
  • Min 12 Years Experience of Multi location infrastructure management experience spread across the country/globe.
  • System Administration experience for the above is mandatory.
  • Exposure to ERP Systems
