JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS:

  • Chartered Accountant
  • Minimum 8 years experience of jobs of similar nature in large reputed organisation.
  • Core accounting including finalization of accounts, taxation - direct & indirect, budget, MIS, treasury, cost accounts etc.
  • Accounting in the area of power distribution including consumer accounting such as revenue billing / service line billing, collection, subsidy, duty & taxes, Regulatory compliance etc.
  • Working experience of ERP implementation is an added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS:

  • Chartered Accountant
  • Minimum 5 years experience of jobs of similar nature in medium / large reputed organisation.
  • Maintenance of accounts of fuel from different sources .
  • Monitoring payments, preparing periodic reports and MIS
  • Review, reports preparation and accounting of generation related capital & revenue budgets
  • Supervising salary accounting, petty cash, etc.
  • Overseeing inventory transactions
  • Report preparation for various monthly returns viz. TDS, TCS .

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR EXECUTIVE FINANCE & ACCOUNTS:

  • B. Com + Inter CA (preferred) / M.Com
  • Inter CA with 5-7 years of experience / M.Com with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in a large service organisations
  • Ledger and control
    • Maintain customer ledger
    • Dr – Cr adjustments
    • Attend customer complaints relating to Dr- Cr
  • Customer correspondence
    • Cash/cheque collections against energy bills of customers
    • Maintain customer records
    • Correspondence with Customer Redressal Forum
    • Digitization of customer records
    • Customer correspondence related to the complaints and applications
    • Coordination with the Power Supply Centres / Customer Care Centres / Central services for customer records
