JOB DESCRIPTION:

• B.E. (Mech./Elect.) - MBA/PGDM
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the procurement function with at least 5 years of proven experience in rolling out outsourcing plans in large engineering organisations of repute
• Devising and implementing effective outsourcing strategy for the organisation in terms of :
• Key inputs into the decision making process regarding which activities to outsource, involving assessment of cost and strategic benefits for the company.
• Evaluating outsourcing offers, assessing unique benefits when utilized and managed properly
• Evaluation of risks and forming plans to accommodate peak activity loads.
• Development of internal competence and establishment of systems and processes to effectively monitor and manage outsourced activities.
